Week Two was a bit rough. I ignored my alarm twice, but both times I went back and made up that run within 24 hours.
The plan is Monday, Wednesday, and Friday mornings before work. Before dawn.
I stuck to that in Week One.
Week Two, I got Monday, skipped Wednesday, ran Thursday, skipped Friday, and literally just finished a few minutes ago today, Saturday.
Already shaved almost two minutes off my mile—16:35 to 14:49.
