Customer Success is True Success

10 years ago, way back in 2007, I published a working credo on my old site.

2. A difference is the only thing worth making.
3. True success comes from helping others achieve success.

I got the job I’ve been after since the day I left LeadMD. Next week I join ClearVoice as a Customer Success Manager.

What’s ClearVoice? It’s a kickass, publishing technology platform that pulls all customers’ content workflows into one place. I spent the last eight plus months implementing and using it.

What will I be doing as a Customer Success Manager? I’ll be helping people like me be successful at something we love doing. Combine training, tech support, and content marketing, add a dash of sales, and you’re on the right track.

If you took my favorite parts from every job I’ve had in the last decade and rolled them into one role, this would be it.
