Here’s a neat idea (new vehicle customer outreach)

Whenever a new vehicle model comes out, OEMs should have a team that goes out and talks to actual owners and enthusiasts about it. Instead of trying to buy influencers, they could simply make their own.

Might take a couple cycles to identify and filter out the willfully ignorant, but those who truly want a seat at the table would likely bring that whole, “thought leadership” thing to bear in good ways.

Oh, and when I say “when a new model comes out,” I mean even they’re ready to start designing the next one, but ya gotta plug into the cycle somewhere, right?
