Resistance Training

One thing I’ve noticed, in the ebb and flow of life’s day to day, is that it’s all resistance training. It’s like working out.

Things get difficult and start piling up. There’s too many moving parts. You start feeling like there’s no way you can get it all done, let alone done right. And then something kinda cool happens.

You get it all done anyway.

You’ve broken through.

The bar is raised.

Of course, this means you’re going to be carrying even MORE weight next time, but if you’re honest with yourself, it’s not so much you can’t keep leveling up like this, but that you don’t necessarily want to.
